MISSION STATEMENT

At Hosler, we believe that all students are educable given enough time and extended practices. The Science Department is poised to exposing all students to understanding basic science through effective instructional strategies tailored for middle school abilities in a multicultural society. Tap into our students’ background knowledge in preparing them for success in high school and career. The department is also getting ready to transit into the common core state standards for Literacy in science and technical subjects.
